2Morrow's mission is to help millions improve their lives with the use of evidence-based, behavioral change programs. We do this by creating and distributing leading-edge programs based on the work of respected researchers and thought leaders. 2Morrow delivers these programs directly into the hands of people, whenever and wherever they need them via their smartphone.
Our programs can supplement the efforts of coaches, counselors or other health care professionals - providing support between visits or be used alone by people who might not otherwise have access to behavioral focused help. 2Morrow also provides a proprietary back-end system that offers corporate, organizational or coaching accounts distribution management, as well as access to data that can be used to improve the program, monitor engagement levels and further research.
With SmartQuit, 2Morrow has collaborated with an internationally renowned cancer research institute to address nicotine addiction. Our mobile smoking cessation program is the only smartphone-based program proven effective in a randomized control trial. SmartQuit offers expanded reach, comparable efficacy and a much lower cost per quit compared to more costly traditional coaching programs.
2Morrow was named the winner of the US Surgeon Generals Healthy App Challenge for our Healthy Habits app designed to help users create better habits, and our My Pocket Coach app was name WIRED Insiders Healthy App at the WIRED Health Conference.
2Morrow is made up of a team of passionate people with deep experience in technology, healthcare and behavior change.
Behavior Change & HABITS
Over 40% of our daily decisions are the result of habit, non-conscious thought. This becomes problematic when those habits result in unproductive behaviors, which can affect health, career, mood and relationships. To create lasting change, one must create habits that support their goals. 2Morrow creates tools and recourses to help people change their habits and behaviors, enabling them to reach their personal and professional goals.
