  • Use the (i) button
    Please check out the in-app help/info feature if you have questions on how to use the app. Click on the (i) or select Help in the menu. Once there, you can use the search icon to search for your question.
  • Reboot the app
    Many issues can be corrected by re-launching the app from a complete close. (see process below)
  • View the tour
    Most of our apps have a helpful tour that can be found in the help/info section. This is great for learning to use the app.
  • Contact support
    If you have questions, comment or suggestions feel free to contact us (see below). We love to hear from our users. User feedback helps us make better apps! Please allow 1-2 business days for a reply.

Workaround Procedures
  • Reboot or relaunch app
    Many issues can be corrected by re-launching the app from a complete close. This also works as a workaround for many issues until a fix is released.
    1. If the app is running, please close it.
    2. Double-click the Home button on your device to bring up the running apps in the bottom row. If the app is still there, please close it.
    3. Scroll to the app icon & close it.
    4. Relaunch the app.
