in the menu. Once there, you can use the search icon to search for your question.
Reboot the app
Many issues can be corrected by re-launching the app from a complete close. (see process below)

Reboot or relaunch app
Many issues can be corrected by re-launching the app from a complete close. This also works as a workaround for many issues until a fix is released.
- If the app is running, please close it.
- Double-click the Home button on your device to bring up the running apps in the bottom row. If the app is still there, please close it.
- Scroll to the app icon & close it.
- Relaunch the app.
